All returns must have an RMA number on it. Our return policy is very simple. If it is defective or damaged in anyway, we will cover all return shipping costs. You have a choice of a replacement or a refund of your purchase. If the return is for any other reason, please contact us and let us know. An RMA number will be issued.
If the option for a replacement is requested, the replacement will ship out the same day in most cases. If a refund is requested, once the item arrives at our returns warehouse, a refund will be processed within 3 business days.
